Aloe Vera gel and vitamin E oils are great for coating your lips, as well. Use a lip exfoliator once a week to ward off cracked dry lips, even if you don?t suffer from this problem. ? To shape your lips: Where your lips need definition, cover your lip line with face foundation. Follow up with a powder. If your lips lack the V formation, draw a V at the middle portion of your lips. Apply lip color, just beneath your liner. Lastly apply your gloss, (if desired). Remember, a darker liner creates more of a pouty look.
?Moist or Matte: Matte lipsticks tend to have more staying powder and look great as day wear. Moist/glossy looks top off that evening look sensationally. But what you wear depends greatly on how long you need your color to last and how much definition you need added to your lips. (Glosses add more depth to lips, but require more applications) There really are no rules here. Remember, no matter which choice you make, less is still more.
