Massage the toes with gentle, circular motions, using a bit of a stretch while rubbing. Then start rotating each one (they all need equal love and attention you know). Grip all the toes together holding them with the thumb underneath and all your fingers on top. Rotate three times in one direction then do the same in the reverse direction. Now do each toe individually rotating to one side then the other. If your hands are getting too excited, shake them a little to relieve tension (you don?t want to stop now).
Twist the foot by rotating both hands around it, each one going in opposite directions. It is integral to use a good amount of cream at this stage to keep the euphoria going.
